This service is aimed at administrative users of Central Directorates and institutional figures. The service consists in installing, updating and moving systems, reporting hardware failures or software malfunctions, supporting users in the employment of applications and so on.
A centralized IT Helpdesk service is available for users of the Rectorate and Central Directorates of the University.
Requests for assistance must be made through the platform Service Desk or sending an email to ITAmm.help [at] unitn.it
Main types of requests:
- Install/move/update user systems;
- Report of hardware and software errors;
- Support for application use.

Where we are and how to reach us
The office is located in the city centre of Trento and includes the Departments of Humanities, Law, Economics, Sociology, the library, the Rectorate, the administrative offices of Molino Vittoria and the ICT services in the DirSISTI building.

Every structure is provided with adequately configured stations for lessons, exercises, exams, seminars and conferences.
Users of the University can print in colour or b/w in A4 or A3 format directly from their stations.
