If you remember the personal email address you used in your registration, use the password recovery online procedure entering your personal data and the same email address. Otherwise,  write to account.help@unitn.it ,forwarding a copy of a valid identification document (ID or passport) and specifying the personal email address you want to be registered for the password recovery procedure.
