Warning! Phishing in progress

We report a phishing attack to users of the University.

Using previously compromised certified e-mail boxes, a message is sent in perfect Italian with the subject: "Tribunale di Napoli Notificazione ai sensi del D.L. 179/{numeri casuali}" in cui si avverte la vittima di un fantomatico "Contenzioso Civile".

The link points to a compromised site where the victim is invited to download an attachment that contains malicious code.

It is recommended to pay close attention to messages from strangers and in case of doubt we invite you to send a report to the CERT - Security incident management service.
