Incardinamento

I am a guest user wanting to obtain a student account. What can I do?

I already enrolled but following the procedure, incardinamento doesn’t start…

If after some days from the enrollment you can’t proceed with incardinamento, contact account.help@unitn.it explaining the problem in detail.

I’ve already done incardinamento, but now I can’t log in as a guest or as a student…

Be careful to your username! The final one can be different from the on you had as a guest. If you need help, follow the password reset procedure (see related pages).

After the enrollment I can’t login to ESSE3…

Have you already done the incardinamento procedure? If your account is already in the username@unitn.it form and you can access to other IT services (e.g. MyUnitn) but not to ESSE3, contact the Student Service office of your Center/Department.

After the enrollment I can’t login to ESSE3… My enrollment is “in ipotesi” for bureaucratic reasons. Can I do the Incardinamento?

No: the final account will be released only after the finalization of the enrollment. In case of concerns contact the Student Service office of your Center/Department.

I already have been student or worker at Unitn. Do I need to do incardinamento?

No: incardinamento is only for those who have a @guest.unitn.it account or never had a @unitn.it one

I need a @unitn.it account to login to some IT services (ex. Data network). What can I do?

Unitn IT services are only for active users of the University with a formal role like student, teacher, PTA, researcher, PhD, guest. Only these figures have access to IT services using a @unitn.it account. 
If you think you should have access to these services, you need to contact the Center/Department staff.
