The ICT services of the Polo Città are located in the offices of the Departments in the city centre. They provide specific services according to needs of each office and first level support for other centralized ICTs services.

Who we are
ICT Services of the Polo Città was born in 2012 from the merger of the formerly called “Presidi IT” located in the offices of Economics, Law, Humanities and Sociology. All fours corresponding buildings now depend on the US Polo Città.
Finally, its staff is composed of 10 people, coordinated by the ICT Service Manager.

Where we are and how to reach us
The offices under the coordination of the Polo Città are located in the city centre of Trento and include the Departments of Economics, Law, Humanities and Sociology.

The city centre can be reached:
- by bus: line nr. 4 every 15 minutes from the train station. The bus stops in via Rosmini (see timetables);
- by train: Brennero and Valsugana lines; stop: central station;
- by car: for those coming from the south, exit “Trento Sud”; for those coming from the north, exit “Trento Nord”. After the exit, follow the road signage for the city centre.

Every structure is provided with adequately configured stations for lessons, exercises, exams, seminars and conferences.

Press service
Users of the University can print in color or b/w in A4 or A3 format directly from their stations.
Common printer management (for UniTrento staff)
In addition, the Printing and Photocopying Service is available in all the libraries offices and the Departments of the University.
