Incardinamento
If after some days from the enrollment you can’t proceed with incardinamento, contact account.help@unitn.it explaining the problem in detail.
Be careful to your username! The final one can be different from the on you had as a guest. If you need help, follow the password reset procedure (see related pages).
Have you already done the incardinamento procedure? If your account is already in the username@unitn.it form and you can access to other IT services (e.g. MyUnitn) but not to ESSE3, contact the Student Service office of your Center/Department.
No: the final account will be released only after the finalization of the enrollment. In case of concerns contact the Student Service office of your Center/Department.
No: incardinamento is only for those who have a @guest.unitn.it account or never had a @unitn.it one
Unitn IT services are only for active users of the University with a formal role like student, teacher, PTA, researcher, PhD, guest. Only these figures have access to IT services using a @unitn.it account.
If you think you should have access to these services, you need to contact the Center/Department staff.
