Personal data: errors, correction and processing

I registered a @guest.unitn.it account but I made some mistakes in my personal data: can I create a new account?

No, you can’t. You have to ask to correct the data on th already created account. To modify name, surname, gender, date or place of birth or tax code please write to account.help@unitn.it indicating the correct data and forwarding a copy of a valid identification document (ID or passport). To modify your permanent address/domicile or the details of your ID card, you can proceed on your own using the online form Personal Data

 

I already have an old @unitn.it account, but my personal data or my tax code are wrong: how can I correct them?

My permanent address/domicile is obsolete: how can I update it?

Use  the application form 'Personal data'.To have the link always at your disposal, it is also possible to install the "Update personal data" widget in MyUnitn, following the instructions in the videotutorial

What i s the processing of my data?

Your data will be processed by the University of Trento in accordance with the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016, n. 679, Regulation "Normal for the Protection of Personal Data" (General Regulation on data protection, "GDPR"), taking into account the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, conditions of the functions, data minimization, accuracy, conservation protection, integrity, confidentiality and accountability.
