Additional login credentials: SPID, CIE

I already have a SPID ID: can I use it to apply to University?

Yes. With SPID you can apply on UniTrento site and get an account in form name.surname [at] unitn.it () (or similar). From that moment on you can login with both SPID credentials or UniTrento account and complete the admission procedure (choosing the correct one from https://infostudenti.unitn.it/en)

I log in with SPID ID: what email do I get UniTn communications on?

Information systems automatically acquire the email address associated with your SPID ID, which remains valid until subsequent changes or in the case of assignment of an institutional email address (for example @ student.unitn.it): in this case, communications are sent to the email assigned to you by the University.

I always use SPID to access UniTrento online services:how di I know my UniTrento account?

When you first registered with SPID on the UniTrento website, you received an email with your account data, including your username (in the form name.surname [at] unitn.it () or similar) and an alphanumeric identifier ( with PER code followed by 7 numbers). If you can’t find this email anymore, you can recover username and password by yourself on page https://webapps.unitn.it/password1/en/pwdutl/PasswordRecovery with the email address linked to your SPID ID. For any further questions about it, please write to account.help [at] unitn.it (), forwarding a copy of a valid identification document (ID or passport) and describing your doubt or difficulties.

I have some problems with my SPID ID: who can I ask for help?

Verify first your SPID credentials are correctly running, by accessing one of the other enabled online services. If even in this case you encounter difficulties, it means that the problem is your credentials, and you must report it to your SPID provider (https://www.spid.gov.it/serve-aiuto). If instead the access problem occurs only with the UniTrento site you can contact our helpdesk, filling in the Support request or writing to account.help [at] unitn.it () indicating your italian tax code.


I have some problems with my CIE or my TS-CNS: who can I ask for help?

Verify first your card (CIE) is running by accessing one of the Public Administration enabled online services. If it currently running  and the access problem occurs only with the UniTrento site you can contact our helpdesk, filling in the Support request or writing to account.help [at] unitn.it () indicating your italian tax code and describing the problem you have.
