The University of Trento provides to its community members a set of ICT services to carry out daily activities. These services can be accessed through a personal account. The list of available services with a specific account is established according to the role played by the person in the University.
The “CERT @unitn” service manages the computer security incidents involving, at all levels, users and hosts connected with the university network.
The “eduroam” wireless network is available at a global level in all the federation partner institutions.

Many University services provide users with a Helpdesk, either via web or mailbox, to be used to receive information on troubleshooting. This list contains the service contact point for users.
The digital bibliographic collection may be accessed both from the reading rooms of the University premises, using the available public PC or personal laptop PC connected with the University network, and from all PC via internet.
Users may access the online collection without authentication, from any PC connected with the University network, while the University credentials are required to access from other computers.
