In 2000, UniTrento developed a management strategy based on ERP-type (Enterprise resource planning) instruments and further web innovations in order to rationalise the information systems of the accounting area. The ERP sectors, which overlap with the accounting and the IT areas, are monitored by a development and support team in close cooperation with the University Information Systems, the Administrative and Financial Management, and the Human Resources Management. Said sectors are specifically concerned with purchases, accounting, planning and control, sales and human resources management.

Description

Online service for managing the working hours of Unitn employees and related aspects. Compliance with the service time of employees of the University of Trento, governed by the regulatory system, is determined by an automatic procedure for checking daily attendance. The schedule of the hours worked is the result of registration through the passage in and out of the magnetic card through the appropriate terminal installed in its workplace. The application Presences exposes the authenticated user to the online summary of the information related to their own stampings and allows among other things (always in web mode) the management of absence authorizations, the management of flexibility and overtime work and the access to forms of references.

24x7 except Tuesday and Friday in the time slot between 22.00 and 24.00

Features

All functions are available via the web platform. Form of absence request, functions of administrative backoffice and control, reporting, generation of specific documentation (eg extraordinary module), integration of data on use of canteen card.
