The synergy between the Informative Systems, the Research Management and the University Library System has resulted in an extended range of online services for our Libraries, with a view to computerise all those operations that once were tipically carried out on paper or face-to-face with the Library staff: requesting to consult a text, accessing electronic databases, placing a request for national & international interlibrary loan, submitting the thesis and configuring the permissions to view it, requesting a bibliographic consultation, and much more.

Allows you to submit the request to receive a document (monograph or article) not available in the Trentino CBT library system, but available in other national or international libraries

Italian libraries that want to be admitted to the service must ask for the functional manager

Options

For monitoring the status of the requests is necessary to enter the “My requests” section in Primo

Price

Free documentrs supply for teachers and researchers. Students are entitled to the free supply of 5 documents (books or articles) per year; external users and students who exceed 5 requests per year must pay a fixed fee of € 4 for each document supplied or arrived but not collected, to partially cover expenses
