IT Professional Services
Humanistic management and information technologies are fully available to the UniTrento community: ICT training, consulting and providing support to stakeholders in the analysis and planning of new services, ITSM and governance of the university’s ICT structure.
End Point Computing: workstations
Services that allow University members - especially as regards structured staff - to make the best use of the tools to operate in everyday life: access to the Net, document archiving, desktop virtualization, management and updating of the workstation (telephone, PC, laptops and related peripherals: monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer.
Infrastructure
Hardware, software, systems and infrastructures are essential in order to manage university activities: data center, University network (MAN), band management, storage and backup systems, server virtualization and systems maintenance services. More information

Tools and sources of support while teaching (for teachers and students): infrastructures aimed at the development of courses in classrooms and online (E-Learning), management systems and assessment of learning.
Research
Services in support of UniTrento’s research activities include: computing, high performances (HPC), qualified storage of data and management of laboratories in collaboration with institutes and departments.
Management and administrative services
Services and information systems available to the university administration (economic and financial management, human resources, back-office tools, analysis and reports), as well as in support of academic activities (ICT tools available to teachers, students and researchers).
Security
Infrastructures and services, such as protective systems (antivirus, antispam, firewall), cryptography, IDM (identity management, password, account, authentication and access control), monitoring tools and data access ensure computer security, data integrity and observance of regulations for all institutional activities.
