The SISTI management and PHONE office coordinate the University Telephone Service. This service uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), and it has been entirely developed using opensource software.

The"meetme" service allows various users to access a Conference call.
The PHONE service is responsible for managing the mobile phone service and the network connectivity
The University telephone system is managed by SISTI (Information and communication technology management). SISTI provides help and support for faculty and staff desk and mobile phones.

In general, all UniTrento users' requests regarding our phone service must be addressed to the administration office of the department concerned. Any failure and/or malfunction, however, must be reported through Servicedesk di Ateneo, by selecting the Phone Support service at the opening.
